I've got a story brewing in my head about a murder mystery that takes place on the first public test of a space elevator. As part of the ceremony there are people who are going to leap from the car somewhere around 60 to 100 miles up and parachute back to Earth. Years ago Scott Adams took suggestions from readers of his blog and designed Dilbert's Ultimate House. It was a sweet house but the site is gone now. Scott Adams has developed a house that he's actually building based in part on that old house.
